Tool 1
How to create a digital business card from one line
Type a sentence like "company secretary in Indiranagar, ROC filings and compliance,
nine years" and the card comes back written: name, subtitle, about section, services and FAQ,
prefilled and editable. Across 1,269 cards built on the platform, a reviewed draft takes two to
three minutes from typing to published.
Sign in and open AI Tools › Describe my business in your dashboard.
Write one or two lines about what you do. Include your trade, your area and anything you want highlighted.
Generate. The draft card opens with every field filled in.
Review and edit. Fix wording, add your photo and phone number, pick a theme.
Publish. The card stays a private draft until you do.
Tip: the AI never invents your email or address. If you did not mention them,
those fields come back empty for you to fill, which is the correct behaviour for a page that
represents you.
Tool 2
How to scan a paper card into a digital one
Got a box of printed cards? Photograph one and the scanner reads the name, numbers,
email and links into a digital card draft. Useful for your own card, and for saving the cards people
hand you before they end up in a drawer: 88% of paper cards are discarded within a week.
Photograph the card flat, in decent light, text side up.
Open the card scanner from your dashboard's card tools and upload the photo.
Check the extracted fields. Names and numbers land in the right boxes; confirm spellings.
Save. You now have a digital version you can share with one tap.
Tool 3
How to turn product photos into a WhatsApp catalogue
Photograph a product and the AI writes its listing: a name, a short description and a
suggested category, ready to drop into your WhatsApp Store. One photo at a time, each one landing in
a draft grid you review before anything reaches your shop.
Open AI Tools › Products in your dashboard.
Upload one product photo. Clear, close shots work best.
Read the draft listing the AI writes for it, and set your price.
Repeat for each product, then add the approved ones to your store.
Tip: prices are always yours to type. The AI describes what it sees; it never
guesses what you charge.
Tool 4
How to create a one-page website from a prompt
One prompt becomes a full single-page website: headline, about section, services,
FAQ and contact block, live at its own hellovcard.com link. Each section can be rewritten by chat,
so "make the intro warmer" or "add a line about weekend visits" is a ten-second edit.
Open AI Tools › Websites and describe your work in a line or two.
Generate. The whole page appears as a draft: headline, sections, FAQ.
Rewrite any section by telling the editor what to change.
Publish. Your page goes live at its own link, with search-engine markup built in.
Share the link on WhatsApp, your card and your social profiles.
Tip: every published page carries structured data (your business type,
services and FAQ) so search engines and AI assistants can read exactly what you offer.
Tool 5
How to build a whole WhatsApp Store with AI
Describe your shop once and the AI sets up the store card, categories, a first
catalogue of eight to twelve products and your business hours. Orders arrive as WhatsApp messages,
the same flow behind the 246 paid orders processed on the platform so far.
Open AI Tools › Stores and describe the shop: what you sell, where, your hours.
Confirm your WhatsApp number. Orders arrive there, so this field is yours to verify, never auto-filled.
Generate. Store, categories and products appear as one inactive draft.
Set prices and swap in real photos from the product screen.
Activate. The shop counts against your plan only once it goes live.
Tip: if you give a price range like "saris 4,000 to 15,000", the AI leaves the
price blank rather than inventing a discount. Ranges are not prices, and your shopfront should never
show a markdown you didn't choose.

Questions people ask
Will the AI publish anything without me?
No. All five tools create drafts. Cards, stores and websites stay private until you press
publish or activate, and a draft store doesn't count against your plan's limit.
Do I need to write well for the prompt to work?
No. A plain line like "tiffin room in Basavanagudi since 1974, filter coffee and dose" is
enough. The AI handles structure, headings and tone; you confirm the facts.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
Everything is editable before it goes live. The card and store open in the normal editor, and
website sections rewrite by chat. The AI also leaves fields it can't know, like your email or
exact prices, empty instead of guessing.
How many credits does each generation use?
Each tool uses a small number of AI credits per generation, included with your plan. Your
dashboard shows credits remaining, and the free plan includes enough to try the tools before
paying anything.
Can my customers see that AI was involved?
No. They see a finished card, shop or page under your name at your link. 11,380 card
interactions have been tracked on the platform; what visitors tap is your content, reviewed and
published by you.
